Dodge City Area Active Listings Down at End of July

The total number of active listings in the Dodge City area at the end of July was 94 units, down from 146 at the same point in 2019. This represents a 4.3 months’ supply of homes available for sale. The median list price of homes on the market at the end of July was $124,600.
