Dodge City Area Home Sales Fell in June

Total home sales in the Dodge City area fell last month to 21 units, compared to 22 units in June 2019. Total sales volume was $3.6 million, up from a year earlier.

The median sale price in June was $172,000, up from $154,450 a year earlier. Homes that sold in June were typically on the market for 58 days and sold for 100.0% of their list prices.

Dodge City Area Active Listings Down at End of June

The total number of active listings in the Dodge City area at the end of June was 92 units, down from 142 at the same point in 2019. This represents a 4.2 months’ supply of homes available for sale. The median list price of homes on the market at the end of June was $119,450.

During June, a total of 11 contracts were written down from 30 in June 2019. At the end of the month, there were 19 contracts pending, compared to 11 at the end of June 2019.
