The median sale price in May was $175,500, up from $140,000 a year earlier. Homes that sold in May were typically on the market for 77 days and sold for 100.0% of their list prices.

Dodge City Area Active Listings Down at End of May

The total number of active listings in the Dodge City area at the end of May was 99 units, down from 133 at the same point in 2019. This represents a 4.6 months’ supply of homes available for sale. The median list price of homes on the market at the end of May was $120,000.

During May, a total of 14 contracts were written down from 24 in May 2019. At the end of the month, there were 16 contracts pending, compared to 9 at the end of May 2019.
