Total home sales in the Dodge City area fell last month to 21 units, compared to 23 units in June 2018. Total sales volume was $3.0 million, down from a year earlier.
The median sale price in June was $154,900, up from $138,000 a year earlier. Homes that sold in June were typically on the market for 73 days and sold for 98.3% of their list prices.

Dodge City Area Active Listings Up at End of June

The total number of active listings in the Dodge City area at the end of June was 143 units, up from 119 at the same point in 2018. This represents a 7.6 months’ supply of homes available for sale. The median list price of homes on the market at the end of June was $137,500.
During June, a total of 13 contracts were written down from 17 in June 2018. At the end of the month, there were 11 contracts pending, compared to 9 at the end of June 2018.​
