Dodge City Area Home Sales Fell in October: Total home sales in the Dodge City area fell last month to 18 units, compared to 31 units in October 2021. Total sales volume was $3.5 million, down from a year earlier. The median sale price in October was $182,500, up from $137,500 a year earlier. Homes that sold in October were typically on the market for 43 days and sold for 100.0% of their list prices.

Dodge City Area Active Listings Up at End of October: The total number of active listings in the Dodge City area at the end of October was 77 units, up from 63 at the same point in 2021. This represents a 3.2 months’ supply of homes available for sale. The median list price of homes on the market at the end of October was $180,000. During October, a total of 20 contracts were written down from 23 in October 2021. At the end of the month, there were 28 contracts still pending.
