The median sale price in February was $89,450, down from $123,000 a year earlier. Homes that sold in February were typically on the market for 125 days and sold for 98.0% of their list prices.

Dodge City Area Active Listings Up at End of February

The total number of active listings in the Dodge City area at the end of February was 127 units, up from 120 at the same point in 2019. This represents a 6.1 months’ supply of homes available for sale. The median list price of homes on the market at the end of February was $134,500.
